A New Relaxed concert series for the Dunkeld and Birnam Community

AND IT IS FREE

Soprano Colleen Nicoll is delighted to be working with St Mary’s church in Birnam to bring a new relaxed concert program to the local community. Colleen is a classically trained singer with a passion for outreach and education work. She is currently working for Scottish opera on their Memory Spinners project which works with those with a dementia diagnosis.
Colleen has been very keen for some time to bring dementia-friendly performances to the local community and is looking forward to working with Lesley-Ann and St Mary’s church on this project. The concerts will take place on the church’s first Thursday of each month from 2pm. They will always begin with a cuppa and a chat before the entertainment begins (so don’t worry if you are running late). Each month with be a different program and singing/dancing along will be very much encouraged for those that would like to do so.

The planned dates are as follows:
Thursday 6th October 2 pm
Thursday 3rd November 2 pm
Thursday 1st December 2 pm
